I am Indane Gas cylinder customer, my dealer is Annamalai Gas Agencies, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District - 606 202, TamilNadu.

In our Town each and every delivery of gas cylinder their asking the proof of the ration card and some coupon. I want to know the procedure of getting coupon. At the time of getting connection we produced all the original documents. Now our Ration Card has been sent to Villupuram Collectorate for renewal, because of this we are not able to submit it. If we say this reason they are not listening. They are not supplying gas cylinder. Kindly reply to us what is the legal formalities has to be taken.
