Dear Sir,
My Consumer ID No. is 17071and I get my Indane Gas Cylinder supply from Shanti Indane, Palam Colony, Ne Delhi-45. The delivery of Gas Cylinder made on 07.02.2012 yesterday under Cash Memo No. 2593 as per massaged received on mobile.
The LPG Gas in the delivered cylinder is less i.e. 3KG. The delivery boys delivering the cylinder without slip. The Cylinder's seal is also broken.
The weight of the filled Cylinder is 28 KG whereas on the Cylinder, it is written that Cylinder's weight is 31 KG (16.8 14.2).
In this connection, i want to ask that
1.Why the Cylinder's weight is low?
2.Why the Cylinder has been dilivered without slip/Cash Memo?
3. Why the Cylinder's seal is broken?
You are requested to take necessary action in this regard.
