With the second gas connection taken from Indane gas (IOC), the staff charged total of Rs1715. The amount to be charged is Rs1665 (Rs1250 for new cylinder and 415 for filling up the cylinder). They charged Rs50 for a gas lighter which i dont require. I refused to take but the staff working there told me that if i require the gas then i have to buy this lighter., its compulsory to take. I asked the bill if its compulsory from the company, but they refuse to give the bill for that lighter. The staff was very rude and used very bad language. I request you to see in the matter.
