Not given cylinder delivery on time

Hi,

I am Nadeem Akhtar from Delhi. I have taken a domestic gas connection from AVERY GAS SERVICE (Indane). He was not given to us SYLINDER delivery on time even Delivery Boy Mr. Bhola Booked Cylinder on time by self (I am aware from SMS received by service agency) but not providing cylinder delivery to us. We are call to this person many times after that he is provide cylinder & way of talking is very bad. Mr. Bhola book cylinder every 21 days period but providing to us once in 2 month without Customer copy.
