My consumer no. is 14375. I have gas connection from Maa Durga Gas Agency (C/o, Sayeed Commercial Complex), Shop No. B - 7 Murgasol, Asansol
I booked for Gas on 14/12/09 and today it is 05/01/10 and still i have not yet received it.
When i booked it was told that i will receive it in 3-4 days but now when I inquire about it they say that they don't when they will deliver it.
And to my great surprise they are giving it in black but not in general rates.
They do not supplied gas even after a month after booking.
It's surprised having seen these type of services.
There phone line is always busy.
