Dear Sir/Madam,
I am put up at Pammal, Chennai - 600 075. Here we are facing lot of problem with the Vijayakumar Agencies. Even though I have made so many complaints regarding the same matter with our portal "Consumer complaints" but there are no actions taken. Add this report also:

While calling for booking the cylinder, the phone will not work (out of order) or always busy (put the receiver down). Now the condition has gone more worst. I booked the cylinder on 04.11.2010 till now I have not yet received the same when I ask them they coolly tell that it will take 7 - 10 days more to deliver the cylinder. I don't know whether they are manufacturing or getting supplied.?
Even though we receive cylinder late, the cylinder received are with only lesser weight and could not come for the same days as the correct weigh are. Government Authority should take necessary action to cool down people here in pammal otherwise one day people with Riot here.
