Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had registered my mobile phone number with my gas agency (Bright gas service) to book my refilling of my indane gas cylinder. But everytime I send a SMS to book the cylinder I get an immediate automatic reply that my phone no. is not registered for SMS booking. My agency insists on sms booking. Inspite of repeated complaints the problem is not solved. Kindly take steps to settle the issue immediately. Thank you. Dr. S.Venkatachalam, Coimbatore.
