I HAVE BOOKED FOR REFILL THROUGH ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM ON 16/02 BOOKING NO. OF WHICH WAS323312 BUT TODAY IS 2ND APRIL I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY REFILL FROM MY DISTRIBUTOR. WITHOUT DELIVERY OF BOOKING REFILL NO FURTHER IS BEING MADE THROUGH ONLINE SYSTEM. BUT SUDDENLY YESTERDAY ON 01/04 AT NIGHT I TRIED TO BOOK FOR ANOTHER REFILLING. BOOKING WAS MADE NO. OF WHICH 345601. I DO NOT KNOW HOW IS IT POSSIBLE AND WHY DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL NOT BE TAKEN AGAINST MY DISTRIBUTOR FROM MY END. BECAUSE A REFILL A CONSUMER CAN GET OVER ONE MONTH FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR. CONSUMER HARRASMENT, REFILLING DELIVERY (EXCEPT ACTUAL CONSUMER) TO SOMEBODY WITH TAKEN MUCH MONEY. I DO HOPE ANSWER FROM YOUR END OR FROM MY DISTRIBUTOR TO COMPLY/ANALYSE THE MATTER WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM TODAY. OTHERWISE NO ALTERNATIVE TO GET SHELTER BEFORE COURT.
