Efuse to book for refilled cylinder supply

DEALER OF IOC NOT REACHED BY PHONE.

I am a consumer of ioc gas at Surathkal. My dealer M/s Salian Gas Agency at Surathkal is not at all reachable by phone and the service rendered is of very poor quality with no courteous reply. In ordinate delay in supply also. Iam trying to book my refill for the past 15 days thro phone but Iam not getting the line, and not lifting the phone even if by chance the phone rings. Finally she refused to book or supply cylinder over phone and if we go personally to the dealer she reacts very rudely. Please look into my plight and do the needful. My consumer no. is 3244.
