Unsatisfactory gas service

I am a consumer of a domestic gas service station which is INDANE SWARUP JYOTI (code-172262), addresses- Ichhamoti market, Collage para, (near Tentulia bus stand), vill P.O.-Gokulpur, P.S.-Swarupnagar. My consumer no. is 3038.

I had booked for gas refill cylinder on 13/11 and my booking no. is 2574 but I cannot get my filled gas refill cylinder till now (10/11). Everytime of gas refill cylinder transfering I suffer this problem. Many consumers of this area suffer this problem. After praying again and again, the gas station authority cannot take any action.

I shall be highly obelised if our problem will be solved.
