I am Amol Thakur, one of LPG gas domestic use consumer (consumer no.69225), using Indan gas and agency is M/s Sridhar Gas
agency, Alandur, Chennai (Taminadu). I believe there is some malpractise in gas cylinder delivery.
Recently I booked my cylinder on 17 feb with booking reference number 286241.
On 18 feb cash memo no 4678 was issued. Since there was no delivery for a month i went and enquired with agency
officials and it was told that it will be delivered same day evening or next day.
But gas cylinder not delivered so far as on date 14 April almost two months over. So its humble request to
look into the matter. For your information if you will visit at agency you will find lots of cunsumer are like me
are strugling to get gas cylinder.
