My Consumer Number is E-16461, H.No.134, Guru Gobind Singh Nagar, Post Office Model Town, Jalandhar and my connection on name of Mohinder Pal Kaul S/o Sh. Ramji Dass Kaul having indian oil gas connection. I have purchase the new connection from Local agency :- Ekta Gas Agency, Deol Nagar, Jalandhar. I get only one (1) cylinder with conenction. Now i am facing the problem of empty cylinder. Many times i went to Ekta Gas agency, but every time they given me new date of getting new cylinder. Please ask your distributor if they have no cylinder, how they manage the proper supply. If you are not understanding the problem of family, its not good for your business and nobody wants to be again your customer. If You give proper response then its good for you and for us. Please look into the matter and issue me new cylinder on above said number (16461).
