Dear Sir,
I wouldlike to intimate you that I am a consumer of your domestic gas for last 10years. However, the last cylinder was delivered to my residence on 7 March by your distributor M/s. Sharmila Indane Service, Tetultala, Agarpara, Kolkata-700109 vide bill no- 3126, which has got a leakage, and I am unable to use the same.
However, on contacting the local emergency no provided on the bill (033-25934440/3161). I have not got any response from them. Therefore, I have tried to contact IOC help line no 18002333555, but unfortunately i have not got any response from them.
I would request your serious intervention on the foresaid problem for which i am unable to use the Gas Cylinder.
