i book ticket for 3 passengers, in which only 1 ticket was confirmed, so i couldnt travel on that, as the other 2 passengers were ladies. when i raised a TDR with "Reason: Passenger Not Travelled".
After 7 months i got the status as "3104-SER/4 Delay not condoned. The case is repudiated.".
but i didnt understand that. if the e-ticket is in the state as W/L passenger cannot travel on that, so i have the get the money refunded. as one of the passenge ticket is confirmed and the rest 2 are in W/L, i didnt recieved the amount. Could you please look into this.
