Non refund of cancelled ticket money as per the rule

Dear Sir/Madam,

It refers the original PNR No of my cancelled ticket&&&&& T1L7AP

I requested for refund of the above amount Rs 4, 524.00/= on 24 th of february

2011.

I was told that it will be refunded on the credit card originally used for

booking the ticket within 10 days max. The last four digits of this card was

--0003.

Meanwhile I made so many calls requesting to give me e mail confirming the

refund request. But every time I was told that it will be send, but not done

till the date. When I contacted again on 5 th March, I was told that it will be send by demand draft to my

residential address.which will take lot of time. I am not able to understand why

should it be taken so much of time to refund the money and why innitially I was

told that it will be refunded on credit card. Although every time i requested

for e-mail confirmation of this refund request but it was not done. It is not the

way to treat your customer.

Pl see that I am getting my refund within 10 days as per your norms only.
