Deregistration of my Bike--AP28DC2629

Hi,

I sent the below attached email to RTA office and also lodged online complaints regarding the sale of my vehilce to remove registration from my names for the Mototrcycle RegNo: AP28DC2629 . But nothing happenned.

I just wanted to remove the Mototrcycle's (RegNo: AP28DC2629) registration from my name as I sold it on 08-Feb to SYED MOINUDDIN (DL NO: DLFAP00945882008).

I sold my Bike, Registration Number: AP28DC 2629 to SYED MOINUDDIN (DL NO: DLFAP00945882008) but bike is still not get transferred on his name. I am going back to Noida on 18-Feb and just wanted to make bring this to your attention.

I went to Kondhapur RTA office today and provided the required document to officer and asked them to give me some receipt/proof that I will not be responsible for mototrcycle anymore. They told me that the photostate of Form28/30 is enough for proof. And they told me that there is no such process in place to provide some other proof. I also have taken photo state of Pan Card and Driving Licence form SYED MOINUDDIN with signature.
