Password not working

DEAR SIR,

My login id for irctc is bupadhyay5 which is locked. please send me the new pasword so that i can use my id for official tour ticket.

While giving the forget password option its shows mssage "your password could not be reset".

So, I request you kindly provide me new password so that i can use my account. My mail id is [email protected] My mobile no -09687609760.

Pls take it in urgent basis
