Eticket TDR Filed, No Refund
E-ticket booked through IRCTC on 07/11 with PNR number : 8549441853, for journey date :09/11 from BDTS TO SIBO. The reasons for filing the TDR were : 1) The ticket is under wait list wait list only one ticket is conformed and all other three ticket is in wait list
2) So only one pasanger is travalled other three not travelled.
The TDR was filed on 15/11 as per the rules but I have not received any refund against the filed TDR.
they reply that
"Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note your PNR No. 8549441853 has been Regreted by Railways saying that "TDR not filed within time limit of the actual departure of the train."
