I have booked ticket in irctc website to travel in simhapuri express dated 08-04, i booked ticket on 21-03, but the payment transaction has failed and they showed some error in the server, but Rs.221 has been deducted from my account and i didn't get any ticket from irctc, instead they are showing a message telling that " payment not received from the Bank", now what should i do to get my money back? i have the transaction id with me. please do me this favou
