Hello,
I booked one E ticket on 20/06/10 in the name of Mahua Saha (Karmakar) for journey on 25/06/10 from Malda Town To Asansol by 5942 Guwahati Jhajha Exp. I made necessary payment through SBI payment gateway. unfortunately no ticket was generated & i was redirected to http://REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/

I again tried the same on 21/06/10 with same result and this way i was deducted twice without a ticket being issued.
on earlier session in case of non issue of ticket irctc had responded through E Mail and eventually i got refund. but this time they haven't responded. This is embarrassing for me and i ask for refund of the amount deducted.
