Non Payment of Refund

Dear Sir/Mam.

I had booked 3 tickets in Aug for travel between Del-Agra under PNR 2351541211. These tickets were on a Waitlisted basis and as only 1 out the 3 tickets got confirmed before the train departure, I requested the Customer care centre via call to cancel all 3 tickets as no such option was available on the website.

I was assured that as no one would travel under the ticket, the total amount of 2100 would be refund to my credit card.

The claim has been approved by Railway admin, but I have not received a refund till date. All my calls to the customer care centre have gone in vain as everyone seems to be passing the buck to another department.

I request Railways to please look into this matter and solve it asap.
