Could not get my e-ticket despite of transaction been done from my bank account

I was unable to get my e-ticket from my IRCTC account. The transaction has been done from my bank account. i checked my account and it has been deducted with a sum of Rs.608. but i didnot get my ticket, as it didn't appeared on my irctc account. My IRCTC account is xampdee. The ticket for which transcation has been done was of GARIBRATH (2353) PATNA to NIZAMUDDIN... dated 5-jan.please take action as soon as possible. as the date to the journey is soon. Thank You
