I have booked my ticked through internet banking on 23/08 for my journey date on 26/08/09 from Cuttack to New Delhi. When I was traveling with this e-ticket the TTE refused to accept the ticket due to non availability of original ID proof. As by mistake I have photo copy of my ID with me. For that they have made a new ticket against e-ticket Vide Sl. No. S.E.RLY/ESS FARE TICKET NO.572929, Dated 27/08. I have to bear the loss of double charge. So, please refund my e-ticket amount.
