TDR filed but not refunded yet

Dear sir,

I`ve filed TDR in IRCTC website on 20-10 but I haven`t received any repsonse from IRCTC team so far. The response is diplayed as (Refund date - Not available) in the website.

As of now 4 months are passed but no repsonse from Indian Railway and its vendor IRCTC.
