I have booked eticket -PNR No 1345268945 on 16th april, as the trian was late more than 4 hours, so as per the refund polices, full amount should be refunded, but i only got the half amount till now. i have been emailing them frequently, but nobody is responding me. i have pasted the forwaded email to irctc. I hope you will take the quick action with regards to this matter.
