REFUND OF CANCELLED TRAIN TICKET BUT REFUND AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

I have booked online Railway ticket through IRCTC but still I have not received the refund amount till now details are as under:

transaction ID PNR NO. Refund amount date of cancellation

1. 0186654575 8527475961 Rs.468/= 10.05.2010

2. 0186662135 2532181399 Rs. 578/= 19.05.2010

Both the bookings were through credit card but still I have not received credit / refund in credit card bill.

I request you to kindly take up the matter with IRCTC and resolve my problem.
