Suddenly my irctc user-id got deactivated, the answer I got is a terms & conditions used in irctc, which I was not aware of.
My complaint is, if there is a clause like below why cant they do this while creating an account itseft, Why after so many months after the account is created and you have a ticket booked in that account only not in any other.
The terms & conditions of irctc is as follows
"If a user violates the terms and conditions of use by registering more than one userid and or booking tickets on such multiple userid’s, IRCTC reserves the right to deactivate all such user registration and cancel any or all ticket booked using these registrations without any notice"
