E-ticket printout

Hello sir...

i have booked two e-tickets through on line IRCTC website .i have my PNR for both tickets .but i forgot my password of IRCTC login even the security question also. so i am unable to take a printout of my tickets.i wrote a mail to [email protected] also .but till now no reply.

please kindly help me in some way to get printout of my tickets.
