Mail sent to IRCTC on 08/09/10 to which no response was received :
I booked air ticket through IRTC site to travel from ahmedabad to bangalore on September 9 by Indigo morning flight no. 6E155. The user transaction ID is 1172002472042010981 and the payment confirmation Id is 10447367. No PNR was generated and the amount is already deducted from my account.
I have to travel tomorrow morning and need your help immediately. I am calling your toll free number continuously for last 2 hours and it does not get through.
I enquired from Indigo airlines and they have confirmed that there is no ticket booked in my name. I would highly appreciated your immediate response. You can call me at 09829124996.
