I had booked 2 tickets (Pnr Number: 4532787867) on 11th August in Charminar Express from Chennai To Secunderabad to travel on 7th November. Later, I cancelled (Transaction ID: 0240004311) one of the tickets on 15th September. But Still the amount of rs.272/- which has to be refunded is not refunded in my account.
The refund status of cancelled ticket shows as "Sent for Refund" for almost 10 days. But nothing has been refunded as such. I have even mailed the concerned authorites at [email protected] and [email protected]. I just got a mail that your complaint has been registered/or escalated. but no action has been taken as such.
Please refund the amount as soon as possible. My details of the ticket are
