Tdr money not refunded

Dear sir,

i have registered this complaint with u for the third time with no effect.

I have booked a ticket from irctc to travel from Krishnarajapuram to Tenali on 24th sep i could not travel so i have filed a TDR on 29th sep 2009. It has been almost a year and i am yet to receive the refund money.
