Sorry I do not have the direct email address of the above mentioned names, appreciate if someone can copy them internally and help me reach my voice to the concern authority.

Please consider this as a formal escalation for the kind of services I have experienced from IRCTC family, being a very long time customer for your esteem organization and felt like feedback as a very disappointing service I am experiencing from IRCTC.

Myself Priyalal Sau, booked an e-ticket (PNR: 4520968834) from Vizag to Howrah but unfortunately that train was cancelled and I have submitted the TDR on 23rd July’2009. After waiting for more than one year still I have not received the refunded money.

I have several times gives a mail to TDR dept but did not receive any satisfactory result also trying to call the CGM eastern zonal number (033-22489086/22439045/22133207) but unable to talk with them.

I am in confusion state in thinking that whether I shall received my money back or not.

I shall be very grateful, if you expedite the process so that I can receive the amount.
