IF A TRAIN HAVE 70 TATKAL TICKETS AND IF I AM TRYING TO BOOK ONLY 1 AS SOON AS QUOTA OPENS IE. 8.00 AM AND I AM NOT ABLE TO BOOK THEN, SHAME ON IRCTC.
