Efund of ticket

We had booked 3 tickets online thru the website of irctc. The tickets were not confirmed till the date of journey. we approached the ticket refund counter at kudal on the date of journey for refund but they said that refund cannot be given and that we will have to send the ticket deposit receipt to Konkan railway office in Belapur so that the refund can be processed. we had sent all the documents to belapur office but have still not got the refund. after repeated followups we were told that the refund will now be processed directly by irctc and that we should send an email to irctc. we have sent email twice but have neither got refund nor any reply. details given below:

To: Thane

Train name: matsyagandha sup exp

Ticket fare: 1795

We want the entire amount to be refunded and also irctc should compensate for the harrasment.
