IRCTC Refund

Hi Sir,

I have booked two tickets from IRCTC under PNR Number 8344728132 and 8144711161 But the trains were late for more than 6 hours and according to rules of IRCTC, They should refund my miney back which is not yet happened since last 4 months,

Could you please take necessary actions on this?
