I have IRCTC Shubh yatra membership but my account is still not Active Soft account

I have IRCTC Shubh Yatra membership through SBI card. However when I log in to my account it says that I am not a shubh yatra user.

I sent a mail to [email protected] asking them to activate my membership to my IRCTC account. However I got a reply two weeks later about how to redeem Shubh Yatra points.
