WE HAD BOOKED THE TICKET FROM JAMNAGAR TO JAMMU OF DATE 22/12 BY 2475 HAPA JAMMU TAVI BUT DUE GURJAR PROBLEMS TRAIN WAS CANCELLED BY 11 HRS LATE WE COULD NOT TRAVELLED IT WAS E TICKET SO IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED ON WINDOW I HAVE TO CANCELLED BY TDR FILE ONLY NEXT DAY I FILL THE TDR BUT WE GOT HALF OF THAT TICKET WHY? AS PER RAILWAY EXISITING RULES WE SHOULD GET FULL PAYMENT BUT NO HOPE AT ALL PNR NUMBER WAS 8537348489 TILOTTAMA F/61 REFUNDED HALF ONLY WHY? 825531852 JAGDISH M/65 STILL WAITING FOR REFUND NOT GOT AND ANOTHER TWO TICKETS WE GOT HALF PNR NO WAS 8534900496 PAID 1024 AND REFUND GOT 512 WHY? EVEN TRAIN WAS LATE BY 11 HRS SAME DAY SAME TIME ANOTHER WAS 8147787701 PAID 2846 AND REFUND GOT 1423 RS ONLY PLEASE REVISE THE RULES OR TAKE THE CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE EXISITING RULES OF RAILWAYS WHY WE WOULD NOT GET THE FULL REFUND.
