TDR REFUND

I have filed TDR on 1st Nov for the journey details mentioned below,

PNR No 8403257583.

Date of Journey 30th Oct

Transaction ID 0254010664

As there is clause in IRCTC that it will take minimum 3 months for TDR refund, i was waiting till that time. Now when i approached for the same, they told me that it might take 3 or 6 months further.

Can u help me get my refund back as fast as possible.
