NO REFUND FOR CANCELLED TICKET

Sir,

I have cancelled my e-ticket on 15/03 (Pnr No. 4427125983 Transaction Id 0318605206). But so far I have not received refund credited in my account. I have contacted the bank, but they said "we have nothing to do, contact IRCTC". Since then, so many e-mails were send to IRCTC, giving scanned copy of bank statement. But no satisfactory replay.
