It is regretted to note that an amount of Rs. 365 were debited to me through State Bank of India Debit/ATM card for booking the ticket from New Delhi to Jaipur by Shatabadi (Senior citizen), but the ticket is not booked through the internet for 15.4.2011. It is as per the SMS received from the SBI at 13.30 hrs. on 12.4.2011. On going through the internet once again, no record of ticket booked is traceable. It appears as if the amount is debited without the completion of reservation process. It amounts to deficiency of service as such it is requested that the amount detected may kindly be refunded to me early to avoid any litigation.
