Extra Charging on e-tickets

Dear Sir,

I booked a e-ticket today through IRCTC Login, from Pune to Mumbai CST by 11008 Deccan Express vide PNR No.8355836978 and as per the e-ticket the fare for Chair Car was Rs.639/- for 2 adult & 1 child ticket with IRCTC Service charge Rs.20/-.However, Rs.669/- was deducted from my account i.e Rs.10/- more.

Same thing was noticed on earlier booking as well as cancellation.

Please refund my amt.
