Dear sir,
Railway booking terminal provided by irctc is not working/already 2 months passed. I want to know how much time they want from us to upgrade there system. Already we have submitted documents as demanded /required by our principle agent herms i tickets/smart shop.they have no knowledge about when this booking terminal become functional.i want to know this because i am unemployed youth and depending on the earning of travel related products only. I request railway minister/staff under him kindly dont harass us.
