IRCTC
Credited amount Rs.184/- twice but no e-ticket booked

Dear Sir,

On dated 15.07.2011 i was booked E-railway ticket from IRCTC from Cuttack to Jharsuguda, but unfortunately at the time of making payment the systems occurs problem and the Rs. 184/- deducted two times from my SBI A/C-30828177179.

so therefore i request you to do the needful action for credite the amount as soon as possible.
