Amount not refunded of cancelled tickets

Hi,

I made a tatkal ticket on 25-3,

From BASTI (BST) to GUWAHATI (GHY).

When i called 139, i got information that train is Cancelled, so i opted to cancel ticket.

On 28-03 i File a TDR .

I called many times to 139 but nothing happens.

Reason For TDR: Train Cancelled. TDR Status: CCM Regreted Reference No: ekt2011032802356236

TDR Zone: NF TDR Filing Date: 28-Mar

Refund Status: Refund under Process Refund Date: Not Available Refund Amount: Rs.0.00

So how can u help me???
