COMPLAINT AGAINST REFUND OF CANCELLATION OF TICKET VERY LESS AMOUNT

Repected Sir,

I booked ticked for jammu from panipat (up & down). Due to late arrival of train I cancelled the ticket. But very less amount I received. Please reFund the balance amount. The detail of ticket is as unDer:-
