Efund of ticket amount

Sir,

mene aaj 11/12 ko irctc se hindaun city se kalka ke liye paschim express me date 25/12 ka ticket book kiya . complete process hone k bad bank se amount debit hogya lekin mera ticket issue nhi hua. after than i booked another ticket and pay seperately.

so please sir check it and refund my amount 2409
