At 1pm i was trying to book ticket from mumbai to pune for 20th december. The site as usual was working very slow taking several minutes to load each page. But I have booked tickets with IRCTC earlier too and this is a regular issue.
Anyway I entered my sbi debit card details and submitted. It showed processing page mentioning not to reload.
After some time there was a page showing "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& " link was "https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/fssResponse.jsp"
It is now showing under FAILED PAYMENT REFUND STATUS
Transaction ID 1 0431628177 Settlement Requested Not Booked
I faced a similar problem few months back.
IRCTC should improve their server and website.
