No action taken on my complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

No action is taken based on my complaint, whereas my complaint is very urgent as my account password was reset by them in which I have the tickets for next 4 days travel ticket. This is purely due to their improper method of reset the password unnecessarily to verify email. Please take immediate action on this. For next 20 days, all tickets are available in this account only. Please do me favor as soon as possible.

Subject: Password reset mail not received

Hi,

My irctc user account is “madraspras”. Recently when I’m accessing my ticket page, it asked for verification of my email ID. When I clicked on that link, I received “username password reset sent to your email ID” message but I didn’t receive any such mails and unable to login with my old password also. My email ID is [email protected] In my account, there are 5 more booked tickets are there for upcoming days. I’m unable to reset the password, as I forgot the answer for the hint question. In my irctc account I have provided my phone number as 9003176259. Please check all these details and help me to reset my password as soon as possible. As my upcoming journeys are within 4 days. I need to take print out of those tickets also and need to book few more tickets also. Please fix this as soon as possible.
