pl. do in my favour at your end against the refund case of PNR No. 2316058314. You are requested to look in to matter as I have recieved only 140/- Rupees and another 140/- Rupees is balanced because my and my wife (Two persons) did not performe the journey from NDLS to ALIGARH.

How are I can you understand that myself and my wife has not travelled on PNR NO-2316058314 on the same day and time. But in your mail you have mentioned only 140 Rupess as has to be credit in my account. That is not True. The total amount, which has to be credit in my account is 280 rupees for two persons those has not travelled in the train due the the train late.
Sir, you are requested to pleases see all the details mentioned below and refund my money as 280 Rupees instead of 140 rupees as early as possible. I shall wait for your reply.
