We (5 persons) booked a round trip ticket as followiing :

When we reached New Delhi ANVT station on 03.12. we are instrcuted that the train has been cancelled for next 2 months (December and January). So we cancelled the tickets on that day itself and filed TDR wide TDR Nos. IN 1112R0013142 and IN 1112R0013172. We are instructed that the refund amount will be credited into your account by 3 months.
On 08.12. only one way fare of Rs. 855 and Rs. 570 had been credited into our account.
We are looking for your guidance (to get the the refnud of balance amount) or to know the status.
